Hi my name is Kate Connor. I have worked in the fitness industry for 12 years and I absolutely love it. I teach a range of classes including Bootcamps, Zumba, Pilates, Body Pump, Body Combat, Indoor Cycling, Aqua Aerobics and more.
My classes take place in Community Centres, Schools and Health Clubs in the Durham area.
I’m always keen to keep up to date with the latest fitness ideas and regularly attend workshops and courses. This keeps my classes varied, safe and effective.

My biggest achievement to date is warming up a crowd of 3000 people in Newcastle for the race for life, the atmosphere was fantastic and running my first ever marathon in 2012.
